Musqueam: A Living Culture
2006
Musqueam: A Living Culture is a stunning coffee table book dedicated to the thriving culture of the Musqueam people. It acts as a reference guide to interpreting and understanding Musqueam’s unique culture, and includes sections on the Nation's history, lands and resources, arts, language and protocol.
Complete with a die-cut cedar cover and Japanese binding binding, Musqueam: A Living Culture won Hemlock Printing's project-of the-month award for its unique design. It now is available for purchase from the Musqueam Indian Band and on Amazon. The content was based on an exhaustive community engagement process combined with historical research from Musqueam’s own archival information. See inside.
